CAE/CFD/EM Simulation

We offer a wide range of engineering analysis capabilities, including open-source based structural analysis (FEA) and multi-body dynamic analysis(MBD). we analyze fluid dynamics such as heat transfer/fluid flow to support process optimization, cooling efficiency improvement, and aerodynamic design. As electric vehicles and other electric-based systems become more prevalent, the demand for advanced FSI (fluid-structure interaction) analysis—integrating thermal, fluid, structural, and electromagnetic fields—is rapidly increasing, and we actively provide technical support in this area.

Structure Analysis

Many facilities under various loading conditions, such as gas turbines in power plants and aircraft engine blades, micro cracks generated due to fatigue damage and subsequent crack propagation at critical locations can lead to sudden component failure and eventually to result in significant accidents. YMJ Technology Co., Ltd. possesses CAE/CFD simulations and facilities integrity assessment technologies that can prevent such accidents by predicting the residual life of components, facilities diagnostics, fatigue and fracture life assessments. We contribute to customer safety and technologies in wide range of industrial fields (AeroSpace-Defense, Power Plants, Semi-Display, Mobilities and 2ndary battery etc).
